Refund and Cancellation Policy
Maggy’s N.V. eGift Certificates are not returnable or refundable for cash. The eGift Certificates are only redeemable against in-store credit.
Cancellation is only available within 24 hours from the time & date of on-line purchasing transaction. Our records will be assessed to assure the eGift Certificate was not already redeemed in the 24 hour window. Subsequently if assessment is negative the original purchased amount will be refunded to the Cardholders Credit Card used for the purchase. This refund can take up to 3 Business days to appear on Cardholders Credit Card

Delivery Policy
The delivery of the purchased eGift Certificate will occur electronically. When payment is successful you will receive a payment confirmation. Your will receive by email, as provided in the payment form, instructions on how to obtain their gift certificate. The eGift Certificate is to be printed and redeemed against any in-store purchases.

We strive to manage your personal information based on our basic belief of respect for the individual. We collect personal information about you to improve your shopping experience. We strive to limit the amount of personal information collected to support the intended purpose of the collection. We collect personal information when you make an online eGift Certificate purchase from us. Maggy’s uses your information to:
• To administer surveys, contests, and promotions;
• To help us improve and customize our service offerings, websites, and advertising;
• To send you information about our products, services, and promotions; and
• To protect the security or integrity of our websites and our business.
Maggy’s N.V. does not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We only disclose your personal information with your prior consent. We may disclose your information in other special circumstances. These include situations when the sharing is necessary to protect the safety, property, or other rights of Maggy’s, our customers, our employees, or any other person, or where otherwise required by law.

Security Capabilities and Policy
Your data is processed in a secure way for both our customer’s protection and also ourselves.
• 256bit SSL encryption is used for entering credit card information to the web site
• 128bit SSL encryption is used for the communication between the web site and the payment gateway
• Only the last 4 digits of a credit card number remains on record
• Other credit card details go directly to the payment processor and are not stored

Maggy’s eGift Certificate Terms and Conditions
These Maggy’s eGift Certificate Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) are applicable to the maggysaruba.aw website.

Nonrefundable; not for resale. Notwithstanding anything contained in these Terms and Conditions, Maggy’s N.V. eGift Certificates are not returnable or refundable for cash. The eGift Certificates are refundable only against in-store credit. Resale of Maggy’s N.V. eGift Certificate is strictly prohibited.

Liability. The balance on any eGift Certificate is solely the liability of Maggy’s N.V.

Not for promotional use. Maggy’s N.V. eGift Certificate may be used as personal or business gifts, but may not be used in connection with any marketing, advertising or other promotional activities (including without limitation via websites, Internet advertisements, email, telemarketing, direct mail, newspaper and magazine advertisements, and radio and television broadcasts) unless you obtain Maggy’s N.V.’s prior written approval. Such approval shall be conditioned on, among other things, execution of and compliance with Maggy’s N.V.’s standard eGift Certificate license agreement. If you are ordering more than 950 cards or are interested in using the eGift Certificate for any promotional purpose, please email  our marketing department and we will contact you within 3 business day, or call us at (297)-582-2113, Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m. -6:00 p.m (AT).

No affiliation with Maggy’s N.V. Use of Maggy’s N.V.’s name, logo, and trade dress (including any image/likeness of the eGift Certificate) in connection with the purchase or use of Maggy’s N.V. eGift Certificate is strictly prohibited. Furthermore, the use of Maggy’s N.V. eGift Certificate in any manner that states or implies that any person, website, business, product or service is endorsed or sponsored by, or otherwise affiliated with, Maggy’s N.V. or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates is prohibited.

Compliance with laws. By purchasing Maggy’s N.V. eGift Certificate, you are certifying and representing to Maggy’s N.V. that the activities in connection with which the Maggy’s N.V. eGift Certificates will be used will comply with these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws, rules and regulations, and that the Maggy’s N.V. eGift Certificate will not be used in any manner that is misleading, deceptive, unfair or otherwise harmful to consumers or Maggy’s N.V.. In addition, you agree to defend and indemnify Maggy’s N.V. Stores and its subsidiaries and affiliates from and against any claims, expenses or liabilities made against or incurred by any of them in connection with your use of the Maggy’s N.V. eGift Certificate or violation of any of these Terms and Conditions.

Lost or Stolen Gift Card. If your eGift Certificate is lost or stolen, immediately contact us at (297)-582-2113. Your eGift Certificate will be cancelled and we will issue a new one for the original amount. Lost or stolen eGift Certificates cannot be replaced without the original online receipt Maggysaruba.aw and/or if the lost and stolen eGift Certificate has already been redeemed days prior to your report date. You are solely responsible for keeping the eGift Certificate safe.
